Lots of uncertainty with regards to weather and course conditions, but for me
Flat Out is a possible single in the horizontals and win bet at the ML odds of
5/1.

Arguably fastest TG wise, he kept top notch company in the last 1/2 of 2011.
He has worked well at GP, and the toss out turf race and teaser breeze on
February 5 may have this 6YO anxious to run a big one.

He has the nice mud win in the JCGC so he should handle soupy conditions.

Hi Richiebee-looking forward to seeing you again at the Carolina BBQ.  But for now, will use your Flat Out as a single in the P4.  My single is in the 11th-Get Stormy, the only Gr 1 winner in a VERY weak Gr 1 event.  In the 9th I like Wolfson bringing back Speak Easy Gal earlier than he normally does. Hope that means she is feeling good.  And Twilight Cocktails to wire the field in the 12th, hopefully hanging on.

Easy to toss the turf race for Flat Out but wondering about his last two on dirt at CD.At the weights today those aren\'t good enough.Could be those big races in NY fried him.

Where\'s Sterling makes a lot of sense for me.Only question would be how he handles an off track.If it\'s fast I think he fits well in here.

I find it hard to overlook Ruler On Ice after his performance in the mud at the Belmont.  If he is training as well as the writeup suggested, he obviously loves that kind of surface and has the number power to content.  Expecting he might be 1.5-2X the odds of Flat Out, possibly more, so that seems like a reasonable key to me.  Flatout certainly looks dangerous, as does Where\'s Sterling, who seems eligible to develop a couple more points from his previous tops.

I like Hymm Book. New small top in last getting a TG pt from Flat Out and Flat Out is not at his best. Plenty of speed in race so race style, current form & decent odds (expect 6-1) make HB my key. Will play with Flat Out, Redeemed, Where\'s Sterling. I\'m slightly concerned that Sterlings best 2 races were at 1m & 1 1/16m and 1 1/8 may not be his best. Good Luck to all.

Going against two tricky\'s and a pletcher, combined 107% win (38+38+31) last 90 days, seems like a tough way to make a buck.

I agree with this.. I like Ruler On Ice.   Flat Out looks over worked to me.

A very nice call.  Had he not tangled with Sterling at the head of the lane, it might have been between the two of them.

Thanks. If Trickmeister doesn\'t open the rail up for Mission it would have been a nice hit. Had Hymm on top of the other 3 that finished 3rd, 4th & 5th in exactas & trifecta. Mission had an incredible trip, it doesn\'t get any better than that. Sterling ran a very nice race, one to keep an eye out for next out.

Good analysis! There was.something to the rail being left open. Pletcher is amazing how EVERYTHING is running to its full potential. No knock on Shug here. No knock at all but it is interesting how a Hall of Fame Trainer thought he only had a Turf horse all this time. Also give Redeemed another chance. He needed the race. And is on the improve.

Hymn Book got the best of that collision.He was bounced outside and didn\'t appear to lose any momentum.Where\'s Sterling lost any chance.Hard to say if Lezcano had run with him but I think he\'s at least third with a clean trip.Sure looked like he was getting ready to go past Redeemed.

Difficult to say what he had left since he\'s a grinding type and Lezcano was riding him hard the whole way around.Nice call on the winner.

Hard to believe no stewards inquiry or objection by Lezcano who had a legitimate beef against winner and 3rd place finisher. Where\'s Sterling and backers were robbed. The damage cause by 3rd place finisher and margin of defeat would have justified a DQ and placing WS 3rd.
