Clueless Clowns in Albany grant conditional approval for Pick 5(15%takeout) and Show Quinella bets.Red tape delay puts start date to Belmont meet.

Three neantherthals could have resolved this many months ago.Cudos to NYRA for persevering thru NYRA Board, Franchise Oversight Board and NYS Gaming Commission.

a)         The Show Quinella requires the selection of two of the first three place finishers, irrespective of order, for a single contest.  The Show Quinella wager shall be calculated in an entirely separate pool.

 Looks like one payoff regardless of which two.

 Strange bet.
