Overpriced hard copy product, backed by one of the world\'s most annoying websites, and puts a pay-for-view status on information that would make the sport more accessible to beginning players.  Other than that, what\'s not to like?  For tablet players, there are products out there that are superior in content, and far more engaging.  One of the few aspects of the sport that\'s actually improving.

Not sure where to put this reply.

Back in November they discontinued the print version of the simulcast weekly.  They printed the daily track variants with the national charts section which was a nice way to make up my own numbers and such.  In the last edition they were hawking the online edition as having all the features that the print edition carried.  The online version lacks the daily track variant.

I have tried e-mailing and calling people at the drf and have never gotten a clear answer on this.

Moose - you mention other products being better for tablet players....which are you referring to?  I use tg\'s for speed figs but typically buy drf for the additional running line detail, more out of habit than anything else.

Not sure why anyone still uses the drf product at all.

Been using brisnet for many years, and whenever I look at drf I might as well be looking at the Morning Telegraph.

This.

DRF is pretty much obsolete for me. Any number of Products with PPs are equal or better than DRF.  Combine this with the pay per view coverage of articles, and its any wonder they get business at all.

They have done a nice job making themselves irrelevant.

I received a customer email from the CEO after the website outage, It was very sincere with his personal touch. I was about to cut them some slack until re-reading the email,

He blamed the infrastructure for the problem?  Then I realized he was pretentious i.e. pretending to actually know something about the business. Infrastructure a term used by know nothing do nothings. Hard to find any positives,

Bet, for me, same as you, everything starts with the TG figures, which are quite adaptable to tablet use.  Beyond that, I\'m partial to TimeFormUS.  They give some pace info that I find helpful.  Others here seem quite happy with Bris.  They\'d have to tell you about tablet compatibility.
