Christmas came early at Ruidoso

for someone. And for someone else, the grinch?

Over at \'another board\' they were talking about exacta payoff anomalies in very small pools, which, while amusing enough, are pretty hard to take advantage of for more than a few bucks, unless you have a very dumb book.

But in the 8th on 6/2, RUI , someones bot seems to have puked up an extra ~380k into the tri pool , about 20X normal, and not on the winning payoff.

 10-1, 3/2, 8-1, in an 8h field.  $300 payoff, how about, $1000.  Nope, try $19,272.20.

They should use that in their promotional advertising.

The first race seems strange too....the tri paid more than the super and the 4th place horse was 10-1....?

yeah, but the pools were minuscule ,  means nothing.

someone really got hosed in that 8th.  was this covered anywhere, like in the paper of record, the racing form?

Money was bet outside of New Mexico since the ITW was 600k+

Yeah, I assumed (and saw) that as the handful of patrons there generally don\'t carry more than 200k around.
