My bad for not considering that FTP is not a very athletic horse, wants to run wide, and is better suited to the friendlier turns at Belmont. That was not a good play.
On another note......perhaps I missed a Pac Classic post on this. Was anyone (besides me) surprised by the Baffert camp\'s strategy on Dortmund? Doubts about him getting a 1 1/4 if he tangled early with CC?
