It\'s almost certainly a new top, beyond that it would be a pure guess. It\'s the first race of the day, next sprint is the fifth, and the track is much different than the previous day. There was nothing to work with from the horses in the race going in, and only one has run back on dirt since.
If the track was the same as the other two sprints it would be somewhere around a 7, but who knows. Track speeds for the first and last races of the day are often different than the rest of the card, and tracks near large bodies of water are notorious for changing speed during the day, Monmouth in particular.
