I\'m still learning about this subject.
Parx as I understand, has some of the worst testing in the business,Mth,Belmont not to sure.
My question is when you see the Juice Man or any other trainer,horse run a new big top at Parx,Monmouth,Belmont etc should these be taken with a grain of salt?
