Just watched the finale at Santa Anita. (I had no bet on the race.)
Not a stakes, just an ordinary MSW.
The kind of race we were assured yesterday by many people, here and elsewhere, where an obvious foul would be punished.
So, um, why didn\'t the #7 come down just now?
