Great news and that wasn\'t easy. County Board of Supervisors are no fans of racing (Newsom either) and are PETA sympathizers. There was a training breakdown last Friday that I thought may doom this but thankfully no. Restrictions are very severe including jockeys and valets living on the grounds.
