I can\'t seem to open or save a purchased file, nothing happens? Red board room is ok?

Occasional glitches with iPad/iPbone. Why don\'t you download it from your purchase history instead?
Email help@tg with the filename if you continue to have issues.

I use google chrome and works fine. Safari doesn’t work
