Jerry: What did SWIFTSURE run in his debut 27Nov20 8FG? Can you take an educated guess for us and replace the box? A 5-ish? He runs Saturday 7OP. Thank you.

This is an issue that keeps coming up. Ive lost many races leaving out horses with boxes because I couldn\'t get a read on them. I really wish Jerry would give numbers and use a symbol to designate it an estimated figure.

I\'d suggest this:
I use Bris and/or DRF to complement TG.  Look at what # they gave and find similar  in same race that TG DID have a # on.  Not perfect, but what else?

On a day like that, when the nearest sprint is two hours earlier and the last two races are unraced or lightly raced maidens, and the track is changing speed, there’s nothing you can do til some run back. If you guess you can do a lot more damage than good. We’re doing review and playing catch-up all the time— I have a bunch to do later tonight.

It\'s a no win situation for Jerry, if he guess wrong you bitch.  If you see a box or no fig and you like the horse at long odds, bet it or skip it.  Just don\'t bitch about it.  

I would much rather see a move up fig, aka Trainer X moves up on average 2 points with new arrivals, Baffy -5 points.  Quick way to look at first timers in particular barns.
