Baffert Appeal

My favorite part of this story is that Baffert said a while back the game needed federal oversight and to be cleaned up immediately.    Now he is appealing positives almost a year later and doesn\'t plan on testifying.  LOLOLOL

On another note, a vet on twitter has wrote about putting lidocaine on horses\' tongues at her farm, doing blood tests and unable to make lidocaine appear in the tests.  So do we really believe a backpatch did it?  I know I never did....
