No mention here of  that 10th race Superfecta

  Something to be said for a decent size field and $1 mins.

  The tri came back 2500-1

  But the super, with Hog Creek Hustle at 31-1 , returned 400,000 - 1

  You got 160-1 for getting the 4th horse in there.

  This thing paid 10x what it should have .

  The few people/teams that hit this must have thought it was a mistaken price.

True.  Sadly, these anomalies are impossible to predict .  It could just as easily have paid 50k, and no one would bat an eyelash . Only 12 horses , and the winner wasn\'t a bomb.
