NYRA Simulcast Breakdown

I\'m hearing about this NYRA deal where they will not be sending their signal out to a lot of popular venues (Meadowlands, etc.)? Anybody know what\'s up? Will this last? Sounds like it affects A LOT of tracks (this Mid-Atlantic Association).  HP
