Medaglia is even money on Thursday?

Anybody:  

There is an article in the Bloodhorse that says Medaglia D\'Oro was \"surprisingly even money on Thursday\".

I did not know that advanced wagering took place on Thursday. Does anybody have any info on this and if so, what are the odds on the other horses? Thanks in advance.

some of the internet sites took wagers yesterday..... i can\'t imagine there was enough money in the pools to give us any idea of the accurate odds. looks like Md\'O will be just below 2-1, WE just above 2-1, HH around 6-1, and the other contenders around 10-1 (USS, PC, Book)...............

reading today that Frankel hasn\'t even seen his horse in two weeks.....

Yeah and I also read that he is leaving NY at midnight at Friday for the 4 hour van trip and will get in to PIM at 4am.  Do horses sleep on these vans?  Seems like a strange time to be moving him around, twice in the middle of the night before a big race.  Is this normal?

I can\'t find it anywhere this morning but they did have the advance wagering odds on the local news last night.

Good question about sleep. However, the thinking there is that there\'s a lot less traffic on the road to Baltimore at midnight. Training begins at 5AM so their arrival at 4AM makes sense.
