The property developer that owns Bay Meadows, were last minute, winning bidders for Hollywood Park. However, CDI may have dropped the ball by reneging on a promise to consult with Ingleside councilmen [read: a little grease to smooth the skids] to discuss development plans with the \'community\' by top bidders. CDI was to run the track for up to three years.
