The commission on Thursday unanimously approved a request by Mike Cichy, Lien Games\' general manager, to allow two high-rolling bettors to become minority partners in the company.

Cichy said Ernest Dahlman Jr. of Las Vegas and Henry Hackle of Armonk, N.Y., each will get a 5 percent stake in the company.

This is particularly disturbing news to me.

As much attention the drug issue has gotten, if complete and total tote security is not guaranteed......

  Foreknowledge is a lot more dangerous to you than tote security.
