The negative is that the \"0\" is a new top and he \"bounced\" when he got down to the \"1\", so he might bounce again. But as Julian said at one of the seminar\'s this summer, longshots are gonna have negatives, but the question is whether the price justifies accepting the negative. Since Silverfoot is co-fastest and figures 30-1, I think you can use him and hope he runs back to the race.
