Keeneland Track Speed

I just heard the announcers on TVG say the track at Keeneland today was much more fair and not as fast as yesterday.

I thought one of the pluses of Polytrack was the Track Speed rarely changed?

With two year old in training sales going on...it appears, according to those who know, that they have the ability to tighten and speed up the track to improve sales values.....We are in Lexington after all.
