Sorry if you have already covered this, but can you comment on where Flordia ranks on the scale of testing effectiveness?  I know a lot of the discussion has centered around NY, KY, and CA and that in general none of the testing plans have teeth yet, but I was just wondering compared to a KY or CA if Florida is a state where generally people are getting away with more or if they are actually being watched more closely.

**EDIT - and this is meant to be a point in time today, not concerned about historically or even what happened last year (as things seem to be in flux) I\'m talking right now the differences between the winter meet at GP and what we might expect at CD/KY on Derby Day.

I think there are guys using, especially at Calder. Not as many as at some other venues, but that\'s not a question of testing or enforcement.

So is CA tougher then KY on drugs?
Is KY tougher then FL & NY on drugs?
Is this why CA horses may be jumping up when leaving CA and is this why the CA horses got out of CA earlier then usual to acclimate to the new \"surroundings\"?
Wish we could say that drug testing was the same in all jurisdictions.

Just for the record, I posted about 10 days ago that I thought Gomez would pick POTN over Dunkirk, and at the time, was making that part of my case against Dunkirk.  That being said, the fact is that the race is shaping up as one that doesn\'t have many pace horses, which clearly hurts a number of top contenders. This is going to be an incredible betting windfall for those who handicap the outcome correctly.

This is an exciting angle. While many of you are already thinking it, I wouuld love to add to the complex equation and ask:

Who benefits and who is hurt by changes in venue with regard to the use of performance enhancers (we can ignore the buzzer for this discussion.. )?  But seriously, if I had couldn\'t decide between horses and one or more might have to operate under a different regime of \"vitamins,\" this kind of analysis would be invaluable. Was BB an example in the Belmont?
