Raise the takeout?! That would be a great idea - put the final nail in the proverbial coffin so to speak. If there is still racing in 100 years, someone will write about about how the California racing industry efficiently dismantled and destroyed themselves, like the snake that keeps eating its own tail. It only took them a short time to do this, too. Amazing the level of their incompetence. I have to stop reading this board. I really can\'t take it anymore.
