did you happen to give heckle (cd race 6, sat) a number in his last race?  i use bris files to load past performace data into the database and i thought it was interesting they gave him a 119 in that race.  to put that in perspective, the biggest speed rating they gave any of the derby horses was 111.

i have to believe they would better serve their customers by just putting a dash in there on those early 2yo races.

It was a Kee race out of  a chute that older horses don\'t run over, so no, we didn\'t do a figure. I went into this at some length a couple of months ago, although the discussion got drowned out by some static that occurred at the same time-- you can probably find the discussion in the archives. Those who claim to make accurate figures for those races are fooling their customers.
