Pa. simulcast locales are not currently taking wagering on Canadian tracks (Woodbine etc.)
Players have been told that Canadians want pools closed with 2 minutes to post. Claim that U.S. bettors have been past post betting.
Since my Pocono Downs locale doesn\'t handle Fairplex, occasionally PM, I have been playing less on weekdays---so is this all bogus??
