I may have read it wrong but I just saw that IHA will be leading the post parade for the Belmont Stakes. Good move to at least let the crown get a glimpse of him before he is retired.

That may be the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. Putting an injured horse that hasn\'t worked since the Preakness and is fully cranked on the track in front of a grandstand of 75,000+ people. Crazy.

NYRA just lost 60,000 fans. They are desperate to hold onto as many of them as they can.

Sounds like it. So basically they will be taking the spotlight away from the other ten horses that will be running. I am guessing that the pre race coverage will be 90% IHA, 5% the field, 5% the fans
