The part of the article after the Sadler nonsense is about as reasonable a discussion of the issue as you will find. From what I hear Sadler is one of three trainers lobbying to get Rick Arthur fired. I\'m going to tell you right now, if that ever happens I will be asking all of you to join me in boycotting California racing, and won\'t sell data for those tracks until he is rehired. Not joking about this.

Still waiting to get the go-ahead on talking about BC testing.

Rick Arthur was on the Roger Stein show yesterday (11/18/12 - see link below), where he touched on the lasix issue and said that the addition of lasix results in the horse running 3 to 5 lengths faster per published research (Diane Gross, American Journal of Veterinary Research,1999).  Additionally, he provided and overview on TCO2 testing, where ALL HORSES ARE TESTED on the SCal circuit.
