This mare is now nine wins nine starts. A 3rd shift star down under. She comes from off the pace and the closest any have gotten at the finish is a length. She\'s a sprinter and yet has won @1+1/4 (by 7 lengths).

What a freak, not Black Caviar, but no telling how good she is. We\'ve got Verrazano (The Great One) who I\'d like to see try the lawn but never again a mile and a quarter.

She was brilliant. After the race, Kavanaugh said that the Underwood Stakes (G1) next Saturday going 1 1/8 miles was under consideration. From now until the Melbourne Cup, there is big racing every Friday night from down under. Talk about the rich getting richer. Coolmore owns her and came back about eight hours later to win the St. Leger (G1) at Doncaster with Leading Light.

She ran 2nd Fri night(US) beaten a neck by Its a Dundeel (colt). Dissapointing but no bet for me @1/2. I think she\'s probably best going 7F.

She was sensational in defeat. She made all the running and was nailed at the wire going 1 1/8 miles. The field included eleven millionaires and eleven group one stakes winners. She\'ll be tough again in the Cox Plate where she will have less pace pressure going 1 1/4 miles.
This was the typical Coolmore \"even when they lose, they win\" deal. They own Atlantic Jewel, but the winner, It\'s a Dundeel, is sired by their own High Chaparral who they stand in both hemispheres.
