Are the last 90 days only for that specific track?  No trainer at OAK has run a horse according to the sheets, hence the question.

The trainer category \"Last 90 days\" includes ALL starts in North America in the last 90 days.

Looking at OP sheets for opening day 1/10/14, we note five trainers with no starters in the last 90 days. They are:

Burl D. McBride;
Stanley W. Roberts;
David E. Whited;
Joseph R. Martin; and
Tammy Hornsby.

One trainer, John Henry Prather, Jr. had one starter in the last 90 days.

All other trainers had multiple starters in this time frame. Your second sentence is unclear. Please clarify.
