Finally got sucked into the public Lasix debate. Wrote a long piece for TDN that should run tomorrow, I\'ll post it here when it does.

The last drug piece I wrote for them got zero responses. Guessing this one won\'t.

Very well put JB, makes at least 2 of us that know players who will bet less overall $ if lasix is banned.

Jerry,nice op-ed piece. It is up now at TDN. Would be interesting to chart the handle increase/decrease in the US,Europe,Australia,Hong Kong and Japan since we legalized Lasix. Seems the non lasix countries are healthier in relation to US handle for whatever reasons. I don\'t have the facts to support that view but I have been putting my racing and breeding investments overseas lately.
Appreciate your voice in bringing certain aspects of the industry to light.
