Again subjective #12 looked to lean on the #6 first while going by, the #6 looked to react aggressively. Joe Rocco journeyman vs Tyler Gaffalione. Maturity vs ? maturity.

The complication is th that the rail is not a straight line it a series of esses, the ground may not even be flat most of the course is uneven.

I didn\'t think it was the right call and the jockey TG did some Hollywooding imo. But I wanted the #12 to win so?

I’ve complained many times about the lack of consistency between NY and everyplace else.  In Kentucky and Illinois I believe the stewards look for reasons to DQ whereas in NY it has to be flagrant and dangerous before they’ll DQ.  Just my humble opinion FWIW.
