So how's about some handicappin'
« on: February 01, 2007, 04:33:04 PM »
First race at fairgrounds tomorrow, one of the stakes races i wait all year for:  The South Mississippi Owners and Breeders Stakes.  Why, u might ask?  Because of Horses like Moonlightpremier who has run a 34 in her debut, improved to a 27 next out, and then bounced to a 32 in her last.  Now, I ask you, since her bounce was still better than her debut, will she most likely go forward?  She is first time blinkers.  A bargain @ 20/1 ML if she moves forward.
And then there\'s Miss Yahoo Dot Won, wo debutted with 31, bounced to a 51, and then circled back to a 35 in her last.  Thoro pattern says shes 7% to go forward, so I\'m thinkin\' she breaks 30 in here.  Another bargain at 30/1 ML.     All sarcasm aside, I think Miss Hawk @ 6/1 ML is worth a long look. . . thoughts?

OK, D - you want to take the MS stakes, eh?  Then I recommend \"Bobo is loose\" @ 12:1...

The sad thing is that per the bloodhorse sire lists, not one of the top 5 MS sires even has an entry...soon as the deed is done, load the van, and head to MS!

Richiebee,

I thought I was betting on that race during the NTRA contest last week.
