Questions, Comments for TGJB

TGJB:

1) Thanks once again for the free year end data. Here\'s hoping you pick up some
new followers and maybe convert some infi(gure)dels.

2) Reminder: I know you guys are busy, but you asked me to remind you about
looking into reconciling \"figure based\" and \"run based\" trainer stats (ie so
that both are derived from the same sample).

3) Did you ever consider making a small presentation for the archives where you
would post some graphs (which could be subtly redacted of course)of runners
which you believe have been \"moved up\" by something other than traditional
good horsemanship?

Richie-- I\'ll pass 2 on to George, he\'s backed up with other projects I gave him (one involving a new product I predict will be a big hit with trip handicappers), but we\'ll put it on the list.

3 would be meaningless if selective. I could post all the horses that have switched to certain trainer\'s barns during a certain period, but a) it\'s a pain in the butt, b) not enough people would care, c) I would have even more people mad at me than I do now. But I am dying to get to do that in a courtroom with press coverage, let me tellya.

Since you will be handicapping the Big Easy, let me suggest you watch horses that switch to the barns of T.A. and C.A., one of whom\'s brother is the trainer of an NFL team, I believe. No further comment from me on this subject.

TA (31% strike rate) and CA (36% strike rate) absolutely en fuego down on Gentilly Blvd.

Next Thursday at FG, Ohbeegeewhyen, who ran in NY/NJ for chronic low percentage
trainer Gary \"Gary Milkshakes\" Sciacca, turns up in a 25K claimer running for
CA, who according to DRF has a 28% \"first time with trainer\" strike rate (279
runner sample).

Improvement expected?
