Does anyone know if account wagering through twinspires is open to NY residents? For some reason I thought it was restricted .... Was with a friend who wagers through there and found it quite appealing ... ALSO - take for what its worth but watch the early $$$$ on Dubai day ... If you did last year you would have had Jay Peg and Sun Classique ... Cheers !!
