Recommendation for online betting

[Beginner]

I (stupidly) use NYCOTB for phone betting  - needless to say, I don\'t need any more exposure to the clowns in Albany.  Not to mention the ridiculous manner in which NYCOTB accounts are run.  I was told I couldn\'t load my account with a debit card - it had to be a Visa.  Ridiculous.  One would think with all the financial difficulty, they would at least attempt to cast a wide net with respect to funding an account.  Nope.  Anyone have a good recommendation for internet/phone betting?  Thanks in advance.

If you bet NYRA you should use twinspires..You can link your bank account directly to your betting account for no fee deposits.  And you a get a small rewards program..

Racing 2 day does not charge any fees for credit/debit charges (your bank might charge a cash advance fee though).  They also have a great deal where you eposit and wager $100 and get a free $100 for 12 months.  They do not take NYRA though.

Xpressbet is okay but I have had major trouble getting through on the phone on big days before.

twinspires is very good - very nice people working in their customer service; they really aim to please; i can find no fault other than you really need a decent pc and fast internet connection to access all of their video/betting technology which is excellent if you have a good set up; i highly recommend them. they also have no delay in the video signals like NJ Account Wagering 4 example, so you don\'t get shut out. Nj Account Wagering has about a 10 second delay with their video signal, bad news if you best last second like me
