Jackson might struggle to come up with that kind of TOTAL Cash. However what he could do is SELL Rachel to Zayat for a price of about $12M and offer $15M Cash to purchase Eskendreya.

The Cash gives Zayat the opportunity to satisfy some of his Bankers and by owning Rachel, Zayat is still in the game with a good runner and now has a broodmare for Zensational, Pioneer of the Mile etc.

Jaskson nets a nice profit on Rachel and if Esky can hit the Triple Crown he has a 25%-50% profit in his pockets in 60 days.

Since Zayat uses Pletcher, Rachel can move to him and Esky moves to Assmussen.

Win Win for everyone.

You two are missing the point. If Jackson were to pull this off and Esky were to win the Triple Crown he could lay claim to owning the last 3 Horse of the Years.

He could totally ducked out of the Rachel/Zenyatta debacle and now would actually own the \"real TV\" bread winner by having the only Triple Crown winner in the last 30+ years.

Rachel vs Zenyatta would look like \"so last year\". Jaskson, Esky and Assmussen would rule AGAIN!!

I actually read in the DRF before the Wood that Esky could be for sale. This discussion is not that farfetched. I guess now they wouldn\'t sell b/c what would a triple crown winner be worth at stud? Probably enough even to bail out Zayat.
