I wonder what the rationale for no action is? The stewards went to the trouble to call the inquiry immediately. The jockey followed up with a claim of foul. The head on clearly shows the inside horse moved over one lane into the outside horse\'s lane and bumped the outside horse strongly enough that the outside horse\'s rear was thrust into the next lane over and his stride was thrown off and the finish ended up being a short neck. What did the stewards think they would see when they lit the inquiry sign? You would think, if the stewards thought it was suspicious enough to call for an inquiry, that they would give an explanation for the lack of action.
Lost Cause....that Pezua ride was very strange. Don\'t know what to make of it, but the head on was very interesting....you see all the jockeys vigorously pumping and whipping all the horses and he is just sitting there stone cold not asking for anything. Very strange.
