Do I need a degree in computer enginering now?  I start to download and that damn survey comes up and then who kows what happens to the download, because its gone.  The one time I thought I had downloaded it correctly, all of the sheets on my screen had no 3yo #\'s but they showed 2yo #\'s, when I printed it out, the sheets come completly blank. I HATE COMPUTERS !!!!  Why did you have to change the format?

The few problems that have been reported to us are due to the same issue. You have to un-install any previous version of Acrobat before installing the new one.

To be safe
1) Un-install the old version
2) Reboot your machine
3) Re-install the new version

After that, you shouldn\'t have any problems. In case you do, please call the office and someone can walk you through any problems.
