If you can get to a head-on shot, you will see Maragh trying to lean on JV\'s mount to make room, right after they turned for home and exchanged that small bump.
JV didn\'t necessarily do anything that I would call \"race riding\", to my eyes...he was just tough-as-nails & maintaining a straight course, on the path he had already earned. It was quite clear he wasn\'t having any of Rajiv\'s nonsense.
THAT is what I want from my jock -- every race. JV is the consummate professional out there.
