Question, wine police has not progressed from the 2 year old number but is the fact the he finally went through with good rest positive for a foward move?

It\'s better than if he hadn\'t broken through, but when the numbers are that big and that early it\'s likely that he was just an extreme early developer. I\'ll use him, but it\'s more because of my opinion of others.
