Honor Code crushed

Honor Code was just beaten by daylight. This is the only race I have watched today so I\'m not sure if the Gulfstream speed bias is still there but I can\'t see Honor Code getting one real race and winning the derby off of that.

Prelim Beyer is 111 for the winner. considering there was zero pace in a short field thought HC had a very useful race⦠I would wait on the TG numbers before jumping to conclusions.

Surface at Gulf \"fake fast\" today, all dirt races, relative to caliber of dirt fields .Beyer very generous, no other dirt route. Reportedly fastest route non stake Beyer(111)at GP ever.

Finishing second off the layoff to a horse that breaks the track record and not being even close to fully cranked doesn\'t seem bad at all to me..

do you really think Honor Code\'s will have the proper fitness for a 1 1/14 race with basically one prep. I don\'t care what he does next race or how he\'s training up to the derby my money will be elsewhere. Obviously, odds and post not factored in here.
