Only 5 times did one of them lead at the first call.
Nyquist - 1
Outwork - 1
Danzing Candy - 3
Last year, 5 different horses combined for 9 leads at the first call in their 3yo preps and they went 23.1, 47.1 and the front three basically merry-go-round the track.
This race is dangerously void of speed. I can\'t find any good reason to take any horse that is not forwardly placed in the first turn. For me, this eliminates many, many horses that are going to be heavily backed tomorrow.
