Man,

I just read the officials only suspended PVal for June and now he wants to appeal so he can ride the Belmont. Whats gotten into him?...lol  To my mind 30 days is a reasonable penalty...just serve it and shut up.

What do you mean what has gotten into him?

He has done everything he can to get tossed from the sport, and they wont do it.

I think he knows he can do whatever he wants now with little recourse.  He wants to ride the Belmont, and I am sure they will let him.  In fact I heard he wants to serve his 30 days on Mondays and Tuesdays.  You know like criminals who get to serve their time at night or on weekends.

In my world, the issue is quite simple:

Any athlete busted for failing a drug test can only be reinstated by giving up his dealers name and or place where he sells and has to be part of a sting operation to get the swine off the street. Afterall, he\'s the REAL problem. Failing to comply to this rule will continue the suspension till dooms day.
