TwinSpires shows that the only scr horses were the 3 MTO?  WTF?

The 4th was announced as off the turf after the 2nd race. The MTO was scratched before the 1st race while the 4th race was still listed as on the turf.

Inexcusable to run the first two races then decide to take the 4th off.   Guess they thought announcing prior to the 1st would kill their P4 pool.   Had P3s ending with the 678&9, now who knows.

It is hard to understand why they waited to announce. The 13th is off the turf as well.
