Gold Cup - Belmont Stakes Double

With a little over an hour to post, the DD probables for this race have Tapwrit having a lower probable than Irish War Cry in 9 of the 12 possible payoffs. Does this indicate that Tapwrit will perhaps be the favorite?

Btw, I hate to ask but I\'ve spent enough time looking. Does anybody know where I can find the double payoffs to the Met mile from the New York stakes?
