With about 25 mins to post Twin Spires handed out Storm Prophet as a play. I\'ve watched their picks and noticed they are bet heavy and seldom reliable. I was thinking that Jo\'s Bold Cat could be pointing to a new top at a price. Does anyone have any thoughts?
