WO Chart Language

How long has this language been in the result charts for WO graded stakes?  

*ALL HORSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO ALCOHOL AND GAMING COMMISSION OF ONTARIO OUT OF COMPETITION TESTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 39 OF THE RULES OF THOROUGHBRED RACING.

On a completely unrelated matter, some interesting results up there today:

**R6, G2 Nearctic:  $2 win--$82.70, Field of Courage. Winning margin: 1 3/4 lengths.
R7, G3 Ontario Derby:  $2 win--$20.00, Tiz A Slam, Winning margin: 3 1/4 lengths.
R8, G1 EP Taylor:  $2 win-$18.90, Blond Me, Winning margin:  1 length.
R9, G1 WO Intl:  $2 win--$87.90, Bullard\'s Alley, Winning margin: 10 3/4 lengths.  Record margin of victory in the WO Intl and 2nd largest G1 winning margin at WO.  If it matters, my understanding from a close friend to the trainer\'s barn is that they weren\'t optimistic about their chances.  Did the testing stop everyone else in their tracks?    


**NOTE**---Not sure what to make of this but the language above wasn\'t included in the Race 6 chart.  If anyone knows or can find out why or why not, please post the explanation if you would.  Thanks.

Glyshaw barn is certainly on fire. Looking at the redboard room, prior to yesterday\'s race, Glyshaw has been hitting 33% new tops over the last 90 days with an ROI of $4.21, which sticks out like a sore thumb when you look at the other percentages.

Glyshaw has Dark Arden entered on Wednesday at Keeneland- probably a horse that has contributed to that 33% number.

Language like that was there in 2015 and 2016. And they might have been just trying to save space by leaving it off the race 6 chart.

Another possibility is that Out of Competition testing is only conducted in Grade
1 Events; the Nearctic is a Grade 2.

The only way this type of testing really would help horseplayers would be if it
was announced prior to the race (a) which horses were tested and (b) what those
tests showed. Anyone know of a website where we could find this information for BC runners?

The winner of the EP Taylor, Blonde Me, ran some really bad races on soft turf in
Europe yet was pulling away from the competition; watch the replay and enjoy the
sight of the young Euro rider urging the winner on with his heels.

Originally (2014, I think) it was to be G1 and G2 only. But they came back later and supposedly added G3s, and the language appears on yesterday\'s race 7, which was a G3.

Regarding the wording, \"subject to\" is at the mercy of \"likelihood of...\"
