I\'ve maintained for some time now (and alluded to it on the board without saying it this boldly) that testing for this year\'s BC might be as competent as it has ever been.  I will not be surprised when there are some truly \"shocking\" results.

And I will be looking to capitalize on this stance.

Guessing the deal is that out of competition testing resulted in a problem.

Unless the BC some how has a test for EPO, then it\'s a mute point.  T.
