Read on twitter that Ruiz will scratch Bolt if the track is muddy Saturday, will go to the Rebel.
I guess it never rains in AK this time of year.

Bad idea if he\'s trying to avoid the rain...I go to Hot Springs every spring and rain is common...Early forecasts are showing rain all weekend of the 17th.

drove in today from Dallas, bright and beautiful...but yes, Saturday says thunderstorms 100%.  I\'d wait though, it\'s likely to rain surrounding HS, but the mountains break it up occasionally.  Friday/Sunday only 10% chance.

Forecasts I read say showers early and steady rain later in the day. Looks like a muddy, if not sloppy track.

Hopefully it doesn\'t wash some of the turf races to the main. Great card and full fields all day long. How about a ROTW for the Kilroe or Big Cap??  We\'re due for a ROTW for our left coast friends.

I have not seen that, but I\'d guess that there is more than just weather affecting the decision.  The Rebel has twice the purse and Solomini rather than McKinzie.
