analysis - wonder again
« on: August 01, 2004, 08:01:45 AM »
can the author briefly describe why a bounce would be expected on this horse?  I don\'t see a remote possibility of this in the info at all...thanks for the help/insight in what I am missing.

Echoing the race of the week, Wonder Again was off a top entering the Diana. She bounced off a set-back level at 3, a new top at 4, and I thought a regression was the most likely result in the Diana as well. The pattern analysis suggested this, conflicting with the figure-based trainer profile which pointed to a pair-up as the most likely result. With only 2 competitive figures in her history, a bounce off the top possible, she appeared an underlay at a fairly short price.
