On another note, Kentucky Downs just lowered the Pick 4 takeout from 19 percent to 14 percent.  Go ahead and pour the money in where it matters and where Chad Brown has started only 1 horse the last 5 years and Pletcher has started only horse the last 5 years.  Both ran 2nd.
