What is the cutoff date for other horses to get into the field if there is a top twenty defection.

There  is an AE or 2. I texted Kenny McP earlier today and asked if he was getting in. He said its in God hands. How do you sharpen a horse up those last few days if its moot? Don\'t know how you can.

I\'m trying to picture the idea of God deciding whether or not a horse draws in off the AE list in the 2019 Kentucky Derby.

Hmmm. . . . .

Does He have a futures bet?  I wouldn\'t mind piggybacking on His action, that\'s for sure.
